Stand for Health Freedom Endorses Andy Biggs for Governor of Arizona

July 1, 2026
Press Release

Grassroots movement to protect the health of families backs Biggs, a long-time MAHA advocate

GILBERT, AZ—Andy Biggs, the frontrunner for the GOP gubernatorial nomination and former Arizona State Senate President, received an endorsement from Stand for Health Freedom based on his long track record of standing up for medical freedoms. The national grassroots group, which represents nearly 1 million Americans and focuses on protecting the health of American families, applauded Biggs’ record of protecting medical freedom, informed consent, parental rights, religious liberty, privacy, and free speech.

We must protect the medical freedoms of Arizonans and ensure everyone can make the right health decisions for their families,” said Biggs. “From my bipartisan work in passing Right to Try legislation in Congress to pushing back against outrageous and nonsensical COVID mandates, I’ve fought for the MAHA agenda throughout my time as a legislator. As Governor, I’ll make sure Arizona is the healthiest and freest state in the country so our citizens can thrive and prosper without government overreach into health decisions. I thank the Stand for Health Freedom coalition for their support and I look forward to getting their many Arizona members out to vote in 2026.

Biggs has made outreach to the MAHA Coalition a key component of his campaign, from mentioning their support in the June gubernatorial debate and in TV interviews to sitting down with MAHA stakeholders to discuss a clear policy agenda for Arizona.
