Press Release

Former state legislator will head up Jewish outreach for campaign

GILBERT, AZ—Scottsdale Vice Mayor Adam Kwasman endorsed Congressman Andy Biggs for Governor of Arizona today to become the 37th current or former State Legislator to endorse Biggs. Vice Mayor Kwasman, a first-term Councilmember and resident of Arizona’s 1st Congressional District who will head up Jewish outreach for the Biggs for Arizona campaign, highlighted Biggs’ commitment to individual liberties and keeping taxes low.

Andy Biggs has been a friend of mine for 15 years. He has always been a fighter for conservative principles and individual freedoms, from his time in the Legislature and as a Member of Congress,” said Councilman Kwasman. “I also know Andy is a friend to the Jewish community and will continue to push back against the rising tide of antisemitism. I look forward to working with him and his campaign in Scottsdale and across our state to connect with Jewish voters and build a winning coalition of support that will help us defeat Katie Hobbs in November.”

Vice Mayor Kwasman has long been a champion for taxpayers and protecting our liberties,” said Congressman Biggs. He will be a great asset to our campaign as someone who knows state and local government, as well as directing our continued outreach to the Jewish community and standing against antisemitism. I’m grateful for his endorsement and am looking forward to campaigning with him in Scottsdale in the coming weeks.
