Former Senate President lays out agenda as next Governor of Arizona
in front of thousands of supporters in Arizona’s 1st Congressional District
GILBERT, AZ— In front of thousands of supporters in Arizona’s 1st Congressional District at Turning Point Action’s Build the Red Wall rally, Congressman Andy Biggs laid out his agenda as Arizona’s next Governor in a speech described by media as a “largely positive vision for the state’s future”.
President Donald J. Trump said Congressman Biggs would be “a great governor”, re-offering his support and endorsement for the former Senate President and Arizona native.
Congressmen Paul Gosar, Eli Crane, and Abe Hamadeh also spoke about the need for conservatives to support and get out the vote for Biggs’ campaign as he continues to coalesce the Republican Party behind his effort.
The strong speech capped off an excellent week for Biggs, who posted a 10:1 cash on hand advantage over his closest primary competitor and led by 42 points in the most recent public poll of the gubernatorial primary.
