Well-respected prosecutor from state’s largest county is latest law enforcement official to endorse Biggs
GILBERT, AZ—Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell endorsed Congressman Andy Biggs in his campaign for Governor of Arizona, the latest law enforcement official or organization to back the frontrunner for the GOP nomination. Mitchell, who represents the largest county in Arizona and has been one of the best performing candidates in Maricopa County over the past two cycles, chose Biggs on his ability to lead at the State Capitol and work with prosecutors to hold criminals accountable in Arizona.

Rachel Mitchell joins Pinal County Attorney Brad Miller, the Arizona Law Enforcement Association, and the Arizona Council of Prisons Locals as law enforcement leaders backing Biggs, who started his professional career as a prosecutor for the City of Phoenix.
