Biggs/Kerr Campaign Releases MAHA Platform

Press Release

Clear platform of policy commitments on MAHA issues to protect health choices and freedoms of Arizonans

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15

GILBERT, AZ—The Biggs/Kerr for Arizona campaign today released their MAHA Platform, a series of policy commitments formed around protecting the health freedoms of Arizonans and encouraging healthy living. MAHA voters have become one of the most influential voting blocs in the country and the new policy announcements show the Biggs/Kerr campaign is continuing to prioritize these voters with a clear plan to implement this agenda.

The entire MAHA platform, which includes 12 policy planks, can be found HERE.

The MAHA movement is one of the most important American initiatives of this generation,” said Andy Biggs, the Republican nominee for Governor of Arizona. “I’ve fought for MAHA policies my entire time in public service, from passing Right to Try legislation with bipartisan support to pushing back against the violations of our health freedoms during the COVID outbreak. Our MAHA Platform is a series of clear and reasonable policy commitments that we’ll take action on when I’m Governor to protect our health freedoms and encourage Arizonans to lead a healthy lifestyle.

It is time we had a Governor who will promote healthy living and empower local ranchers and farmers to provide Arizona families with affordable, nutritious options,” said Sine Kerr, Republican nominee for Lt. Governor. “Many of the reasonable ideas we’ve laid out in our MAHA Platform were bills that were vetoed by Katie Hobbs, from protecting the medical choices of college students to limiting SNAP purchases to healthy, nutritious foods. We’ll be ready to implement our MAHA Platform on Day One and start making Arizona the healthiest state in the country.

Choosing Biggs is choosing freedom, health, and autonomy for your family,” said Aaron Siri, the Managing Partner of Siri & Glimstad LLP and a high-profile MAHA advocate. “Vote for the person who supports you—your choices, your consent, your family’s health and safety. If you want a representative who respects your autonomy, choose Biggs. If you want a representative who thinks they know what is best for you, support his opponent.

“I knew when Andy Biggs told me about his fridge full of raw milk for his army of children that he was legit MAHA,” said Alex Clark, a MAHA influencer and host of the health and wellness podcast Culture Apothecary. “The health policies Andy’s committed to enacting aren’t talking points; they’re sincerely held beliefs that will become actualized when he’s Governor. Through his leadership, the state of Arizona will be the template nationwide for creating an environment where families aren’t inundated with toxic chemicals, have autonomy over their medical decisions, and access to organic nutrient-dense foods via SNAP rather than processed garbage. With this MAHA plan, Andy Biggs is going to make Arizona resemble the Garden of Eden (just less green).”

Andy Biggs’ Make Arizona Healthy Again agenda puts Arizona families at the forefront and power back in the hands of the people, where it belongs,” said Leah Wilson, the Executive Director of Stand for Health Freedom. “It recognizes something fundamental: we cannot restore the health of our communities without also protecting the freedom of individuals and families to make their own decisions. This is the kind of vision it will take to make Arizona healthy and free—not just today, but for generations to come.
