1. A new study shows that 57% of interstate moves involving Arizona are residents leaving the state, the highest percentage of outbound moves since 2016.
According to the moving company Atlas, Arizona is now the fourth most-popular state to leave in the entire country. With Katie Hobbs’ policies leading to skyrocketing energy prices, anemic job growth, and anti-growth measures like homebuilding moratoriums in the Phoenix-area, it’s no wonder more and more Arizonans are looking to leave the state.
2. Gas prices continue to remain high in Arizona, well above the national average and near the top of states in the Southwest.
Rep. Biggs is raising concerns with affordability issues on food and housing as well as higher gas and energy prices Arizonans have faced for years, many due to harmful policies enacted by Katie Hobbs.
