Biggs for Arizona on the Campaign Trail: April 6, 2026

April 6, 2026
Press Release

Katie Hobbs still refuses to debate, the campaign visits Sun City West & Pinal County, and women rally behind BFA!

Five Things To Know & Share

1. After releasing a bizarre video criticized by local media, Katie Hobbs refused to commit to a debate in the 2026 general election.

After more than three years in office, Katie Hobbs still refuses to defend her record to Arizonans in a debate. With nothing to show voters on affordability and an administration marred by scandal and weak economic numbers, it’s no surprise the weak and ineffective Katie Hobbs still will not debate in front of Arizonans.

2. The SRP elections are taking place tomorrow as Congressman Andy Biggs continues to advocate for smart, responsible water policies across Arizona.

Congressman Biggs and his campaign have helped canvass neighborhoods throughout the Valley in support of candidates who will promote responsible, pro-growth policies and stand against radical environmentalists who want to control our water supply.

3. Women across Arizona are rallying behind the Biggs for Arizona campaign as Katie Hobbs continues to drop the ball on lowering taxes and costs for Arizonans and their families.

Congressman Biggs is continuing to pick up support from women across the state, from education leaders like Maricopa County Schools Superintendent Shelli Boggs to long-time public servants like Maricopa County Supervisor Debbie Lesko and State Senator Wendy Rogers.

4. In Sun City West and Pinal County, Congressman Biggs met directly with voters about how to reduce gas and utility costs for seniors and families.

Joined by supporters like Senate President Warren Petersen, Senate Pro Tem T.J. Shope, and State Representatives Teresa Martinez and Chris Lopez, Congressman Biggs made the case to voters about why his experience and past leadership in the State Legislature and as Senate President make him the best candidate to lower utility costs as Governor.

5. Congressman Paul Gosar and State Representative Nick Kupper hosted Congressman Biggs in Yuma County, where Biggs for Arizona yard signs are popping up across the border community.

Congressman Biggs is fighting for Yuma County’s water supply to support their massive agriculture industry as well as keeping their border secure through President Trump’s policies.
