GILBERT, AZ—Congressman Andy Biggs, the frontrunner for the Arizona GOP gubernatorial nomination, shined on the stage during Wednesday night’s Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission Debate. The former State Senate President laid out his vision to Restore the American Dream in Arizona by lowering taxes, investing in water infrastructure, rooting out fraud in our Medicaid system, and fighting to protect school choice in the state.
