Biggs and running mate Sine Kerr join President Trump in Bullhead City to make economic case against Hobbs, who pushed to double state gas tax
GILBERT, AZ— Republican nominee for Governor Andy Biggs and his running mate Lt. Governor nominee Sine Kerr joined President Donald J. Trump today in Bullhead City to make the economic case against Democrat Katie Hobbs, who has pushed to double the state’s gas tax and increase the state sales tax.
Under Hobbs, Arizona has become one of the least affordable states in the country as her policies have stopped the construction of homes in some parts of Maricopa County and her three vetoes of No Tax on Tips and Overtime delayed benefits for Arizonans.
Over a half mile line of supporters arrived at the rally in Bullhead City, where CNN reported attendees “overwhelmingly said they are very excited to vote in November” and noted the high-energy from supporters throughout the state who made their way to the rally.
