Major rural Republican county sees frontrunner for Republican nomination at three different public appearances

YAVAPAI COUNTY, AZ— Congressman Andy Biggs hit the campaign trail on Monday in Yavapai County, making three different appearances in Prescott to share his vision of Restoring the American Dream in Arizona. Voters shared their frustrations with Katie Hobbs’ vetoes, from rejecting a $1.1 billion tax cut to vetoing a ban on local grocery taxes.

Congressman Biggs has endorsements from all three State Legislative members who represent Yavapai County: State Senator Mark Finchem, State Representative Quang Nguyen, and State Representative Selina Bliss.

Yavapai County has been let down by Katie Hobbs, who has vetoed tax cuts that would benefit Arizonans and vetoed legislation that would improve coordination between law enforcement officers to make our state safer,” said Congressman Biggs. “I was pleased to hear from so many supporters in this great county who believe we need to Restore the American Dream. Our campaign believes every Arizonan should be able to own a home, earn a living wage, and send their children to a quality school in a safe community. We’ll continue working to earn every vote because we know Yavapai County cannot afford four more years of Katie Hobbs.

Congressman Biggs spoke at the Yavapai County Men’s Forum, a public meet and greet at Founding Fathers in Prescott, and stopped by a Precinct Committeeman meeting for the Yavapai County Republican Party.
