GILBERT, AZ—The Biggs for Arizona campaign and the Republican Party of Arizona today released “Katie Hobbs is Deceiving Arizonans”, a new :30 ad highlighting Hobbs’s long track record of trying to raise over $1 billion of new taxes on Arizonans.
Phoenix TV station AZ Family recently covered the rank hypocrisy of Hobbs, who pushed for a 66% increase for the Prop. 301 sales tax and sponsored a bill to double the state’s gas tax.
The Biggs for Arizona campaign also released a memo pushing back against Hobbs’s false claims on Andy Biggs and his tax record. Biggs has cut more taxes than any legislator in Arizona history and has promised to never raise taxes on Arizonans as Governor.
